• Join to Sell Scentsy on the side and work a full time job
• Join to Sell Scentsy full time

Obviously when people Join Scentsy just to receive a discount when “purchasing Scentsy products” their commission check is going to be much smaller than those Selling Scentsy full time. Some Scentsy Consultants work their business for a couple of hours a week to pay off some bills. But some run their business full time and fully support their family in doing so (like myself).

Another reason set compensation differs is that Scentsy Consultants might focus on different aspects of their business than some others. One Scentsy Consultant may focus individually on pushing and selling their products, while another may focus on building a successful team. Each Scentsy Consultant can be a success in his or her own way. It just comes down to personal preference and the drive to succeed.
